Authors are invited to submit original, unpublished research papers that are not being considered for publication in any other forum. Papers must follow the ACM Proceedings Format, using one of the templates provided here for Word and LaTeX (version 2e). (For LaTeX, both Option 1 and Option 2 are acceptable.) The font size, margins, inter-column spacing, and line spacing in the templates must be kept unchanged. Submission is via EasyChair.
Papers submitted cannot exceed six pages in length, including reference and appendix. Electronic submission instructions will be forthcoming closer to the submission due date.
All submissions will be handled electronically via EasyChair. Each submission will be reviewed by at least three members of the program committee.
Camera-Ready Submission
Authors of accepted papers should submit the camera-ready version of their papers via EasyChair, by Friday, May 13th, 2016. To upload the camera-ready version, simply replace the current PDF file in the system with the camera-ready version.
If you decide to update the order of authors or the title of your paper, you should send an email to the program-committee chairs to ensure that these changes are reflected in the proceedings.
Before you can complete your camera-ready, you must fill out the ACM Permission and Release Form, so that your paper can be published in the ACM Digital Library. In addition, accepted papers will be made available on the workshop's Web site. ACM has an automated copyright form collection system for ACM published proceedings. The contact authors of accepted papers will be sent the ACM form and complete instructions. Once your copyright form is received by the ACM, they will provide you with the exact wording of the copyright paragraph that should appear on the first page of your submission, in the bottom-left corner.
Camera-ready papers should not exceed six pages in length, excluding references (for which additional space can be used). Papers should be formatted using the ACM Word or LaTeX style templates. Regardless of whether you use Word or LaTeX, all submissions must be in PDF.
When preparing the camera-ready version, please ensure the following:
- The paper uses only Type 1 fonts (scalable), and not Type 3 (bit-mapped). All fonts must be embedded within the PDF file.
- Pages are not numbered.
- Your paper has the appropriate ACM copyright paragraph, as explained above.
